MECSPE Young & Career is the brand that recognizes and promotes companies committed to training and integrating new generations into the manufacturing sector. This initiative was created to give visibility to companies that invest concretely in young talent through orientation projects, training activities, internal academies, and collaborations with schools and technical institutes (ITS).
Thanks to an identifying logo, participating companies are easily recognizable within the fair. These are organizations that not only believe in skills development but also offer demonstration moments, professional growth pathways, and job placement opportunities.
With MECSPE Young & Career, the fair also becomes a space for dialogue between education and industry, highlighting best practices and facilitating the transition from school to the workplace.

At present, the company is organizing an internal Academy for the Development Department and the Application Consulting team, structured into two distinct tracks:- Development Academy, approximately six weeks in duration, combining classroom lessons with tutor shadowing. Its objective is to deepen knowledge of Delphi, the programming language used for developing the SAM ERP2 solution.
- Consulting Academy, aimed at providing in-depth knowledge of the ERP modules developed by the company and the use of SQL.

The company has long collaborated with Italian ITS institutions, contributing to the development of highly specialized courses in Mechatronics and Industrial Automation.- Within the Formazione 5.0 Area, Mitsubishi Electric will showcase a demo kit featuring PLC, HMI, and motion system components, along with a robotic cell for Pick and Place activities. In addition to technical demonstrations, visitors will have the opportunity to interact directly with the robot, experimenting with manual control for a hands-on and engaging learning experience.
