From 27 to 29 November at Fiera del Levante, MECSPE Bari 2025 returns: innovation, training, and networking for the manufacturing sector

MECSPE BARI 2025

Innovation, training, and networking for the manufacturing industry.

More than 350 exhibiting companies, 20.000 sqm of exhibition space, and a rich program of events to support the growth of businesses in Central-Southern Italy and the Mediterranean. A focus on innovation, enabling technologies, and the development of new skills, with an emphasis on emphasizing future talent.

Milan, 24 November 2025 – The manufacturing industry of Southern Italy is preparing for one of the year’s most expected events: from 27 to 29 November 2025, Fiera del Levante will host the third edition of MECSPE Bari, the leading trade fair for the manufacturing sector in Central-Southern Italy and the Mediterranean basin, organized by Senaf. With over 350 companies in attendance, 20,000 sqm of exhibition space, 13 thematic halls, 10 special initiatives, and more than 80 conferences and workshops, MECSPE Bari represents a unique opportunity to explore the latest technological innovations, strengthen skills, and discover new opportunities for growth.

The 3^ edition will feature a strong focus on training, new skills, and enabling technologies for industry. With the Transition Plan 5.0 encouraging the adoption of advanced solutions, MECSPE Bari will offer a privileged space to discuss crucial topics such as digitalization, sustainability, and production process efficiency, while highlighting the strategic importance of the aerospace sector—rapidly expanding in Italy and with Puglia confirmed as a key national hub.

The trade show marks the role of Bari as a Mediterranean hub for manufacturing innovation, opening up to international markets with official buyer delegations from Greece, Albania, Bosnia, Serbia, and Turkey. B2B meetings and matchmaking activities will create for our exhibitors new opportunities for collaboration and development for Italian companies, strengthening dialogue with Southeastern Europe.

With a program built around the pillars of business growth—digitalization, training, and sustainability—MECSPE Bari 2025 will offer companies and professionals a concrete opportunity to explore the innovations transforming the manufacturing sector. Through demonstration areas, thematic insights, and spaces for discussion, the fair will provide tools and solutions to tackle industry challenges. A rich program of special initiatives will complete the exhibition experience, including:

  • Piazza della Formazione 5.0, created in collaboration with ITS A. Cuccovillo Foundation, an exhibition-conference area featuring a Speech Area and a Demonstration Area with live demos and educational sessions aimed at fostering dialogue between students and partner companies;
  • Start Up Factory, now in its third edition, an area dedicated to highly innovative B2B startups in the fields of IT, Digital, Logistics, Automation, Robotics, Industry 4.0, AI, AR/VR, and 3D Printing;
  • MECSPE Young & Career, a pathway that highlights exhibiting companies committed to training and integrating new generations into the manufacturing sector, offering demonstrations and professional development opportunities;
  • Sustainability Objective, a pathway through exhibiting companies that have adopted ESG best practices and production strategies aligned with the principles of Transition 5.0;
  • Forum Agenti, which will support commercial development by offering a free service for the search of Sales Agents and Distributors, creating new business opportunities directly at the fair.

Among the key territorial collectives, Confimi Industria Bari Agora will be in the spotlight. Over the three days, together with its members, LUM University, and the ENEA Research Center, it will offer numerous insights on training, innovation, and sustainability, bringing together local companies and promoting networking and educational opportunities. Additionally, Polytechnic University of Bari, with a dedicated area created together with Confindustria Puglia, will host innovative projects and a rich program of events, conferences, and round tables. The support of the local association network is essential: Confindustria Puglia, a long-standing strategic partner of MECSPE Bari, continues to foster dialogue among businesses, institutions, and the education sector. Also relevant is “PIAZZA TMP”, organized by the Italian Association of Plastics Technicians (TMP), bringing together member companies such as Brescia Master, Negri Bossi, Frigosystem Corema, and URAI, showcasing an integrated offering covering the entire plastics supply chain. Lastly, in advanced mechatronics, AIDAM will present a technological area representative of the Italian mechatronics sector, featuring technologies and applications linked to Industry 5.0—from robots to special machines, components, and artificial vision systems.

“MECSPE Bari is where the future of Southern Italy’s manufacturing sector takes concrete shape. This edition strongly focuses on the synergy between technical knowledge and industrial innovation, placing the skills of new generations and the enabling technologies that are redefining production processes at the center,” says Maruska Sabato, MECSPE Project Manager. “Our goal is to build an increasingly integrated ecosystem among training, business, and research, enhancing strategic sectors like aerospace while opening new horizons for international cooperation in the Mediterranean area. MECSPE Bari is the event for those who aim to invest in innovation, sustainability, and talent—with an eye toward the future”.

In a continuously evolving industrial landscape, MECSPE Bari 2025 stands out as the essential event for those who want to play a leading role in the innovation and growth of manufacturing in Central-Southern Italy—a meeting point for professionals, companies, and stakeholders looking to stay updated on industry trends and discover new business opportunities.
