This initiative was created to give visibility to companies that invest concretely in young talent through orientation projects, training activities, internal academies, and collaborations with schools and technical institutes (ITS).<\/p>\n

Thanks to an identifying logo<\/strong>, participating companies are easily recognizable within the fair. These are organizations that not only believe in skills development but also offer demonstration moments, professional growth pathways, and job placement opportunities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
